I say keep Hasan Raza for another Test, bring Afridi in if Yousaf is injured (or maybe even if he isn’t). Sami could possibly make way for Rana/Asif.

Another option would be Yasir Hameed for Shoaib Malik.

Oh no… Please no to Yasir Hameed, rather keep Shoiab Malik and try him again and let him settle down. He has a terrible technique and the English bowlers will give him hard time…
