You are spot on. However, as soon as we get runs against weak teams on flat decks, our media, our fans, and the PCB starts praising our team to the moon and back.
Nobody seems to remember that we have been a pathetic batting unit since 1999. As soon as we come across South Africa, Australia, England and even India - we cannot handle their bowlers.
First people used to say, Pakistanis cannot handle bounce, then it became bounce and pace, then you can add swing and seam, then the all important word…preassure. As in, give them a flat deck and put some preassure and they will STILL find a way to crumble.
Its sad to see great bowlers bowl their heart out for our batters to screw up each time.
