lol…website is US registered…so case will also filed in US…n she must take this step. money is not a problem…dere is whole semiotics behind this overly production information and use-value, exchange value. lets not dig that, n support her this action:snooty:

i feel like using m lawyering skills... the case is very week in terms vis-à-vis defendant. they delivered copyrighted property of a pakistan'z renown celebrity, who also have done shows in US. well it could have been better for defandent if they didnt make ppl to register. this registeration actually resultant as profit. there are several other weak areas which may lose the site to lose the case.
it is also possible for GS officals to dragged in to this case (especially if they belong to UK). whereas ISPz for sure could be targetted if they are UK based (dat might shutdown the site). whereas if she filed the case in US...i doubt about the ISPz but officals might get jurisdiction on them . Canadian take wont be different than US law. to be honest case is pretty ez to win, even i can win it. (b/t i m not a lawyer)
(only thing dat might lose her case is.......................................y should i rite here :D)

^^ well non is r TOP MODEL...all of them are one of top modelz...(b/t its hard to forget instead of vinney, iman finished indian designers Tarunz line :D- aired on geo)
b/t iraj, rabab, sunita marshal, etc are not dat compelling to do else then modeling, though sunita did some other media streams but soaps actually have produced wrong xposure. vinney iman, sadia hussain r more of a brand ambassadors dat put them on top line. even dat ZQ wid her juxtaposing techniques found the spot (n won lux award as best model, i think of 2005).
demands of this fieldz r horrific...i dont know being a top or one of top models is a good sign or not. (well i believe its not, which obviously rejects mandate of liberalism).
