@Flame_of_Life

My question is: If it can be launched from submarine, why wasn’t it? Was a great opportunity to test the perimeters and impress the enemy

Maybe it was launched from a submarine, but undisclosed. Like Mercenary stated, Agosta is a French submarine, built by Pakistan under license. We aren’t allowed to modify it. Testing a submarine launch & disclosing it to the public would make it obvious that we have violated our terms with the French.

@shriek11

So the US allowed Pakistan to modify its jets?

You don’t need to modify an F-16 (just like most other fighter-planes) to carry a cruise missile.
