Coaching is not a easy thing to do. Many (if not most) of the top athletes can never be a good coach. Beside, when Naqash retired, there was no money in coaching.

Dispute on not being icon player. Misbah hafeez n yk not happy. They r not icon while Afridi n malik r..
Afridi is understandable but malik I believe because of being damad e hind. Market value...

^ I actually agree with Misbah. All icon players should be Pakistani. This PSL is to support Pakistani cricket & players (beside of course the money making machine). Beside that, its a normal practice in all other cricket leagues like IPL, BD league etc (as far as i know)
