They needed 8 or 9 runs in last one over, and that is a lot. That is different matter that they managed to get a 4 in second ball. You cannot look at overs in part.

For instance, in today match, Afridi hit Russel for 16 runs in first 3 balls, then Russel took 2 wickets in next 3 balls. I think most good bowlers should be able to defend 8 runs in last over. I was surprised that Sarfraz gave last over to Cheema, but then there was no option, as all better bowlers had bowled their 4 overs. Maybe Sarfraz was thinking that if he would use his top bowlers early than there would be enough runs left to pressurize Peshawar in last over, and that is what happened.

If you will check most 20-20 (or ODI) matches, than you will find that most team did not managed to achieve their target in last over even if target is 5 to 6 runs. That is why, most team batting second, try to win 20-20 (or ODI) matches much before last over.
