I don’t think that even india is engaging in such trade. It is truly a big boys club there especially with Pakistan wanting access to NSG and nuclear reactors.

one you test fire publically once you have tested it earlier and your test in public is actually annoucment of your enhanced capability…
But then again…if we want it to fail then “kaan” remains “chita” and have no solution to it
