Once again; I ask the question; if Pakistan is big enough to accomodate the Lebanese, why can't it accomodate the pakistanis living in the Bangladeshi refugee camples for the last 35 years.
Is it that becuase the light skinned arabs are more acceptable than the bengalis??
Unfortunately the loonies on this board who have this love-hate relationship with Arabs, (first they insult the Arabs, Shias and then they turn around and welcome them to Pakistan), will not have any intelligent answers for you.
Anyhow Israel would never allow that many Pakistani troops on its border.
Wether you're kidding or not, to make your scenario fair, Pakistan would also:
Demand Israel return thousands of Palestinians who have been kidnapped and held in israeli jails for years without trial.
Demand Israel stop oppressing Palestinians. Permanently.
Israel pay full compensation to re-build Lebanon and to families who have had its members killed by Israeli bombing.
30K, Oh Bhai sahib, Pakistan can easily spare 100,000 troops if needed. We are teaming with young men who would love to get ready and go. We already have 500,000 strong army. Adding another 200,000 in the next 1 year is not a big deal.
As far your #4,5,6 are concerned. Pakistan has already been pressing Israel to do so.
In any deal it is always "kuch lo kuch do" (give some, and take some). Arabs so far have failed to make deals with Israel and always preferred Intifida or fidi-fidayeen style resistance (read anarchy).
What Pakistan can offer is based on long history of controlling Palestinian or Arab militants. We did that from 1970s (Jordan) and 1970 to 1990 (Saudi). We can do that in future as well.
So in this give and take, Israelis get guaranteed peace on its borders, and Palestinians get their self rule and prisoners etc.
Bottom line: Give and take under the strict eyes of Pakistan army.

Good good good. That will release pressure for Indians on the Kashmir border. Wahan jaake maro.
