Powerplay thinking is for those teams that can't score 70-100 in the last 10 overs even when they have wickets in hand. We cand o that easily if we have wi ckets in hands. Our problem is not hitting, our problem is not having ENOUGH wickets in hand to launch an attack off. RAzzaq and Co. can't do **** if they have to come in in the 20th over and play against their nature.
This 'oh we must send Afridi in the powerplays' thinking is what got us in this hole int he first place! Any batsmen who can hit along the ground can make plenty of runs in the power plays.
