**This is one of the major problems in Pakistan which has never been discussed and analyzed thoroughly. This has created demand and supply situation, one of the major reason in steep rise in prices of food and daily consumable goods. Government should pass a bill without delay for no more two children per family and ban on marriages before the age of 23 years for the next many decades and estimate decline in population in 50 years, rather any increase if really Pakistanis want to breath in their country. **
