Pakistan Police is ill equipped and under trained even for normal policing, let alone fighting and defending against better trained and equipped suicide bombers.
there is not a single better defence against a suicide bombers.
only solution to take the offensive to them.
other is our not much used at present, CIA/special branch wing of Police, which should re energise itself for intelligence for terror crimes as well. at the moment, what they do is only report local issues to management, not intelligence gathering.
