They (ICC pushed by BCCI) are trying to isolate Pakistan which is not helping cricket in anyway. There are only a few countries out of 200+ nations that play cricket. If they keep going the way they are, they won't be able to attract other countries joining a game which doesn't have much money (compared to other sports) and fanbase. And because of some stupid rules and stupid behavior cricket is losing a lot of fans.
