Personally, I don't think we need Musharraf any more. The man has too many enemies, and his economic policies are stagnating and fresh blood is needed.

He may have become less popular and he's less powerful by his own choice; a *dictator *still in control can be less powerful only by his own or God's choice, or he may have lost support due to the increasing no. of enemies he has, but he isn't useless, not yet atleast. The economic policies are focused on the long term, the public in either case is too impatient and unable to feel it so cant support it, unable to see the long run, and is bored of the same, so bored that even though the worst of Musharraf's enemies don't have any personal or financial corruption scandals on Musharraf, and yet they want change, even if the change means injecting infected, diseased blood; cause there really is no fresh blood. Like Ive said before an ailing body can survive longer on its own bad/little blood longer, but inject more infected bad blood and the downfall is instant.
If we can find real fresh healthy and clean blood, Gen Musharraf should retire the next day, so long as that wont happen, we'd better stick with him.
