What's the status of Abdur Rehman? He was tested during Inzamam's captaincy and did reasonably well. In this pace-battery of a lineup, perhaps one would think that Saeed Ajmal and Abdur Rehman would have made a good spin combination. Pick one per match and pair him up with Afridi, see how both perform. Nasir Jamshed retain again, dubious selection.
