didn't you guys just validate the Af-Pak hyphenation? Problem in Afghanistan cannot be fixed without fixing certain things in Pakistan
Thats always been the case. During the Soviet invasion, Pakistan was critical to the CIA and other groups.. But for some reason, that hyphenation was never used previously as far as I know, except until Pakistans role began to run counter to the interests of the US.
