The whole point is, as it is quoted (and if true), if Kiyani says that there is nothing they can do and the country is mortgaged, then the first is, if they cannot do the** DUTY they suppose to do** ( and for what Kiyani is quoted that noting they can do) why the hell they exist??? i guess it is fair question??? and the question depends on the health of the story posted…means if Kiyani have issued such statment
