i get your point, but how are you certain those are the only pieces of evidence they used in order to reach that decision?
i think we're going off-topic, but this is just as necessary since it relates to how Canadians conclude stuff.
i still say, what you're saying may be valid but it is separate from the article posted in first post. the topic in discussion is of political aspect, while the court decision was judicial.
