Unfortunately, poppy cultivation in Afghanistan is on the rise under the new Afghan regime. Taliban were always condemned for allowing poppy growth in their areas. In the end, they did take action against it. But it is strange to see it becoming a problem yet again even under the American occupation of Afghanistan.
