I think you got two statements mixed up here burqa, in response to Manmohan’s statement about “attack on India was imminet”, this is what Malik said:

His comments about “threat” was in response to a question about Indian foriegn minister’s statement about taking action against Pakistan.
I think it was quite fair what he said. I watched full press conference and Malik did pretty well there answering questions.
One thing i do want is to provide this proof against India rather than just issuing statements only.

Then there should be no problem for india to participate in an international gathering where Pakistan presents evidence they have collected. You can call our bluff there.
