Why not they do have some journalist in their boiler room who are afeemchi and come up with these far fetched stories.

But as far as decoding the drone navigation software in this day and age it does not seem such a far fetched idea. The guys in Karachi who is building those drones and selling them in international market can solve this mystery.

The ‘software’ might be hacked, but what about the transmission mechanism, do they know which modulation/signal-encoding/compression algorithm combination is used?
