Hey everyone, I was born and raised in US and have visited Pakistan many times. However, I realize that my grandparents won't always be there for me to provide us a place to stay.
I don't want to lose my connection to Pakistan, and I always want to keep going back there . I really like going there for prolonged periods like three months, etc. I could stay with my many aunts and uncles and they would be very happy to have me, but I really want another "home" there, where I can have some privacy and visit relatives at the same time.
I was thinking of buying a flat there- but my parents tell me how its not safe, because other people "qabza" it, and etc.
Are there places in Karachi where that doesn't happen? I've heard Defense is relatively safe- but I'm not sure.
