This is an election year stunt by PPP, which China recognizes, plus they also know the added cost of doing deals with the PPP government.

Chances are, Russia will deny as well, as they should. Pakistan’s problem is not lack of electricity. Its lack of management and bad governance. Tons of electricity gets stolen. If additional electricity gets imported, a major portion of that will get stolen as well.

mashallah, please explain the logic how the pipeline is a stunt by PPP government. The pipeline will be completed in 2013 or 2014, quite a time after the elections.
