Aren’t consumers supposed pay their bills? Unless as usual all electricity is stolen though kunda system:)

I am talking about government’s ability to pay the bills as it is the govt continues to fail to pay the power producers who are then unable to produce power to their ability. Unless as usual PPP thinks whole Pakistan is corrupt to the core so bill payment is not an option.
