Caretaker Minister for Irrigation Punjab, Syed Dilawar Abbas said that 20 small dams being constructed at a cost of Rs 4 billion (US$65.4 million) are bringing a green revolution to Pakistan's Potohar region,** irrigating 47 thousand acres of agri-land and providing potable drinking water to more** than 3 million people.
