I disagree. Money is not an issue as it is evident by the fact that Pakistani producers have enough money to waste on extravagant sets for item songs, hire an army of back up dancers, buy Bollywood inspired costumes, choose overseas locations for shooting but somehow they don’t have money to hire decent story and script writers?
Iranian Cinema is the biggest example of how to make internationally acclaimed movies with limited resources and massive censorship.
