HE IS THE RULER, and HE IS OBLIGED TO PROVIDE EVERY FACILITY AND PEACE (which he failed to set) T*O THE PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN! and it **not* like he is VOLUTEERING, he is FULLY ENJOYING EVERY PRIVILEGE.
