Al-Libbi... never heard the name in any previous report about close associates of Osama Bin Laden who are on the loose. How come only after they capture them, do we know their name and that they are the second biggest catch after Osama Bin Laden?
My guess is, that after making a huge deal about Osama and still failing to capture him, the US does not make announce the names of other 'associates', till the time they are actually captured.
