The problem with Pakistan is that even buying the weapons is of no use, complete wastage of money as shown by the performance of the armed forces internally as well as their dealing with Americans and their reaction to foreign disregard to Pakistan’s sovereignty.

Pakistan is better off without the Army. The Army is just an excuse for the Generals to keep power.
