Congratulations Pakistan on a great win. It was an evenly balanced game at the end of Sri Lankan innings but Pakistan played well with a good second wicket stand to build on. Boom Boom Afridi was in his elements and played a match winning inning. Go Pakistan and will the next one too!

I never said that his was not a sensible knock. He always swing bat sensibly but it is unfortunate that most of the time ball do not find his bat at sensible angles ... so obviously fault is not him swinging the bat sensibly but fault is of the ball not hitting his bat at sensible angle.
In his present knock, ball cooperated by hitting his bat at sensible angle.

Let’s just hope that after this BOOM BOOM he doesn’t go BUST BUST with the bat for the next 20 games! That has sadly been the trend over the past 17 years of his international career

I agree. Amin is even more useless than Tanvir at the moment who at least bowls well once in a while

Umar Amin had good run early in the year as well in past domestic tournaments. The problem is that he is not being given a decent chance, he is used like Asad Shafiq - a game here and a game there, then out, then back in for a game here and a game there. Both Asad and Umar Amin are good prospects and should be given 3-4 continuous series if they are to be made part of the squad in long run.
