It's not Afridi's form. It's the misguided decision to send him at the top of the order. It is sad I have to repeat this point every time we have a collapse. We have a fragile top order to begin with, we've been losing game after game recently because of top order collapses, not because we couldn't score fast enough when we had enough wickets in hand. So how do we solve the top order collapse problem: By sending Afridi up the order repeatedly. If you have to send one of your hitters up, it could be Razzak but not Afridi. Because Razzaq can build his innings and spend time at the crease. AFridi rarely (like once in 100 matches) lasts for more than a handful overs. Use him down the order.

Openers can get out early. It happens to everyone. But with AFridi up the order it means one down will soon turn into two down, two down will soon change into three down and so on. Yet we keep repeating this mistake.
