The 26/11 terrorists had hijacked a fishing boat called `Kuber’ off the coast of Gujrat and had reached Mumbai.So Coastguard does not want to take any more chances.

Even the 26/11 boat was intercepted by the coastguards but it was let off,which proved very fatal later.

So the coast guard let go of people who brought weapons, flak jackets? etc with them? Or did indian mafia outfit them after they landed in india?
