Best possible XI in the circumstances except that I would replace Jamshed with Sarfraz and Sohail Khan/Ehsan Adil with Irfan (hope he has not picked up yet another injury and was merely rested today)

Sarfraz (wk)
Afridi (should bat up the order if needed)

Other option is to drop Sarfraz and play Sohail instead..

I’ll take out Younus, Add one fast bowler and move Sarfaraz as opener with Shehzad.
