I think winning close games is also important. When close decisions go against a team, chances of winning close games are minimal. The two challenges themselves are less than useful when umpires call holds. Makes no sense to uphold umpires call. Have an objective criterion for electronic display and stick with it.
Once a team exhausts challenges, some umpires just give decisions against the, because they cannot be held accountable.

Pakistani management should also be given credit to go for a bouncy wicket that eventually helped everyone specially bowlers.
