Back to cricket...Neither team is super talented or gifted imo (certainly not so good compared to teams of the 80s and 90s) and at the end of the day it comes down to which side can handle pressure better. Judging by our record against India in ICC tournaments, the latter have an advantage

Pakistan has been playing one bowler too many. Bilawal Bhatti/Anwar Ali are going to bowled only four overs each in the matches played. Fawad could be used for four overs of left arm spin and bolster the batting needing an additional proper batsman.

Per latest reports, the Indians were showing top form on the field during pratisse. It wasn't just the dropped catches. But the style, the grace, the ease with which the drops were executed.

a few years ago i gave the same advice to the pakistan team before a Sharjah match
“Win the toss and then try to bowl out the other team for as few runs as possible, and then while batting make more runs than the opponent, before the 50 hours and dont lose all 10 wickets while doing so” - This strategy will definitely win you the match"

Just a foolish decision by Misbah, he should see team first rather then to give chance to his club players.
1.15 pm The colour the the clay in Mirpur is a lot darker and quite hard. The pitch report doesn’t know what sort of impact it might have on the match. It’s quite hard and well-rolled. There is a bit of live grass but it’s nothing to threaten the batsmen. The quicks will not enjoy too much support, but the spinners will enjoy the slower nature of the pitch. Since we’re in the heart of the city, the dew might be lesser but it will not completely go away. So the captain would want to field first and possibly try and include an extra spinner as well.

We are lacking in batting and in this important match we are losing one good all rounder. Mirpur wicket is famous for spinners and i don't know why Siandar suggested to give chance to Talha.
India have batting line till No. 8 and now we have 6 as Afridi is continuously failing in batting :( ... anyway good luck to Talha.
