Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

I guess today was a stalemate. Who are the spinners in the Pakistani team? Are they good?

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

So last when Younus scored century in Srilanka, he was dropped in ODIs. Now when he’s done it again, probably he’ll be asked to retire :hmmm:

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

So concluded the extrapolator.

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

:jhanda:

Seems like my old trick of not watching still works for Pakistan :D. So form now on, I am not watching the game …sacrificing it for the sake of Pakistan!!!

Well played Younus and Azhar. Misbah Mashallah is doing what he does :k: we need at least 120-150 more runs to put Aus on backfoot

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

We are gonna miss Saeed Ajmal… I hope Zulfiqar Babar can rescue.

Zulfiqar is good but has played only 2 test matches while we have a debutant Yasir Shah, lets see if they can do it for Pakistan :jhanda:

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Why did they not play Abdur Rehman? He had good experience of bowling in UAE

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

I still don’t have cricket channel here :bummer:, wasay I never liked watching test matches

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

I did not realize earlier but Younus Khan is one of only 12 players* in the history of world cricket* to make 100 against every Test playing nation. Quite an elite club eh?

well done :k:

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

And he is first Pakistani to do so. Even Inzi or Yousuf couldn't do that. Quite an accomplishment.

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Like few straight no-balls? :D

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

So why the frown?

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

I am waiting for Misbah's century. :)

Waleed Bro,is not yet to be seen. :D

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Y.K's innings is a great thing to watch. He has got so much control over the bat and the ball.A sheer timer of the ball.

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Y.K can hit a double and Misbah a century means Pakistan will pose a huge total for the Aussies.

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Yes He is Misbah :barbie:

91.5
Lyon to Misbah-ul-Haq, SIX, biiiiig heave over long-on! Saw the loop on the ball, realised it won’t quite threaten the rough outside off and cashed in big time

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

lets see if Shafiq avail this chance

91.1
Lyon to Asad Shafiq, 1 run, first ball big turn from outside off, skews off the pad and possibly through the legs of Doolan at short leg. Looks like that was a chance. Should have been taken, that.

Re: Pak V Aus - 1st Test Match

Any comments on his bowling as I didn't watch the match at all.

Brodie: "Just wondering is Nathan Lyon bowling really badly today and a bit of yesterday or are Pakistan just playing him really well?" Well, he did create a chance in his first over today. First ball, even.
