ODI Players or Test Players are alike in a sense that require the basic but best instincts to revolve around you.
Presently non of the players have above par test player qualities.
Non of the players have any unusual arsenal of stroke selection or tactical know-how to fcae the situation.
PCB selectors got it wrong again and even before the match started

I would rather play the ODI squad adding Kaneria rest UNCHANGED for the Test...and would use Afridi for long spells along with Kaneria and Malik.
Inzi is a chocker and has no answers to various tactical moves on the field...

during the paktel cup seriues, malik was captured in a screen shot drinking paani during a drinks break {idiot} + some of the toherts were around the drinks can 2 but ary pulled afor a break @ that moment and rana was chewing 1st thing in the morning playing against sri lanka.

Game, set, match for Sri Lanka. Here is my prediction: SL will probably declare 1, 1.5 hours after lunch tomorrow with a lead of around 425. That way they will have enough time to bowl pakistan out. Pakistan will start with a defensive mindset, batsmen getting 20 runs on 80 balls or so. This pitch will start assisting spinners a little bit more (although looking at pakistani batsmen's performance, it may not even be necessary). Atleast 3, 4 pak batsmen will have to play out of their skin to save this match. Can we hope against hope?
Pakistan LOST the match when Inzi tried to slog an offside ball over midwicket and got caught at mid-on. Test cricket requires mental toughness and our players are no where near it.
