we will have to train technicians and engineers for maintenance, that will be charged to us in the aid.
you will have to train operators, same case, cost to be borne by state and they will send two technicians and charge from the aid without mutually deciding the training cost.
we will have to maintain separate inventories for spares because in one famiily a lot of parts are interchangeable and therefore the logistic cost is very less.
