Well there are mainly two "HUGE" after effects.
The tribals will remain tribals and successful in turning Pakistan into Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan.
Tribals will be bombed into submission and they will become civilized, thus bringing peace and prosperity to Pakistan.
Islamists Jihadists would like the death and destruction as per Option #1.
Friends and well wishers of Pakistan obviously would prefer the Option #2.
