The U-214 is a new and more capable design than the Agosta-90s; it has a more flexible weapons and sensors suite than the Scorpene (the Scorpene only supports French and Spanish equipment; the U-214 supports European, Russian and other equipment); it has a more proven and sophisticated air-independent propulsion system than the Scorpenes; and can dive deeper than the Scorpene.
In other words, this typical piece of Pakistani junk journalism is written by an idiot who was too lazy to so much as google search the differences between the Agosta 90, the Scorpene, and the Type 214 U-boat before shooting off an article which is, frankly, only fit to cleanse the impurities from my posterior.
