Puto is trying to convey that most of this 'reported may have been lost(stolen) uranium/suitcases' have landed up in Pakistan from where there is every chance of it falling in the hands of terrorists.
And how does that matter if acc. to years old report, erstwhile soviet union was not secure from nuclear angle. Lets talk Pakistan!
one report is years old, others are recent June 2002 is not years away :) atleast until Jan 2004. Former societ places are still not secure, Any idea of the amount of money they are getting from US to secure their facilities?
As of now, there is no issue with Pakistan Military Nuclear stuff being lost or stolen. There is plenty of evidence of ongoing loss of nuclear stuff from Former soviet union.
I would be more concerned with that stuff. It does not seem like they have been able to control this for over a decade now.
