*This mental CJ has decided cases which were in favor of PPP by making PPP resposible to take action. If he has powers to order arrest of sitting PM because NAB did not take any action. On the same logic he should now order arrest of all politicians who took money from ISI also order arrest of Mirza Aslam Bag and other generals involving in corruption also order arrest of his son who got moneys for f$c*king in the foreign countries? If not, then this CJ is prejudice and partial has no right to remain in the office as CJ. *
I don't think NAB has done any investigation for the ISI case so far. They did investigate the RPP case though.
If someone paid money to his son for holidays abroad, why should he be arrested? The government should investigate and file the case of corruption against the son.

As I have already said, I am not sure if SC has authority to order arrests like that.
Yes, of course SC have the authority to issue a arrest warrant against any ... it doesn't matter who, if the accused one has broken the law. It is other thing that the Government and the whole law system is corrupt and SC order is not implemented.

PM can also order arrest of the CJ. Remember what Mushy did? In most counties the supreme court is usually court of last resort, with appellate jurisdiction only, but in Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry has turned SC court into a trial court. It seems like he is one man wrecking crew on mission to destroy system of governance for sake of his own ego. He is a vindictive man unfit to judge a c0ck fighting contest let alone a justice of the supreme court.

Kamran Faisal, an investigation officer of NAB, who was investigating the Rental power scam, has been found dead in his apartment. Police is labelling it as a possible suicide. Something smells. Not the first time witnesses have been taken to task in a scam involving PPP.

We will discuss this when the new PM is appointed. We would like rental to be punished or his deeds, but most of us did question the timing of this decision.
