well pp007 and khanzada …yaar mainly used PSP, ADOBE and BRYCE(for the water one). A combination of all those softwares.
hmmm pp007 its hard to just explain how i made them but here are some screen shots which might help
for the water one
after making the landscape in bryce i took the pic to psp, and then added all those effects etc etc
this is the flag i used …and this is how it looked after i modified it

i lost the original psd file of that water one..but i know exactly how i made it..so i can always make it again.
