A doc once told me that everyday is not good if you are trying to concieve, the sperm count needs to be adequate. The general rule is that since sperms live longer than the egg, you can meet every alternate day for good chances.
Since you are newly wed just take it easy, don't make it a chore..just meet as per your moods. Good luck =)
