My husband used to be normal weight but for the last 6 months he just began to gain weight! At first I just told him to be careful and eat healthy. But the problem isn’t that he eat unhealthy all the time, it’s more that he over eat.
It’s really crazy! even his own family notice it now.
he eats like someone who hasn’t got food for months!
I don’t now what to do anymore! I thought that because of ramadan he will eat less than normal but its even worse now.
He thinks I washed his clothes in a wrong temperature and that’s why he can’t fit his clothes anymore! He was a size small before and now he XL!!
Is he keeps eating this way I am afraid he will get some health issue if he doesn’t stop!
It’s maybe superficial of me but I really don’t want to be married to a fat person for the rest of my life no matter how good he is or not otherwise since no matter what you guys says it does affect our marriage life!
Beside I am not asking him to be thin I am just asking him take care of his body like I do!
I even told him he can come to the gym with me but he won’t!
I do understand he doesn’t want to run in the morning with me before we go to work but at least he can come and swim with me or go to the gym with me.
I need some advice from u guys

Eating more because of what? Did he go through something recently? Has he been always like that or it started just 6 months prior?
