LOL…we sound like such paindus/losers when make these comparisons. I doubt Aishwarya is referred to as “India’s Reema” by her people. 
And no, I don’t see a physical resemblance to Kat. But I don’t watch the talk shows…I find em annoying…desi or otherwise.
