If both sides benefit from it (the couples get a child and the mother gets money for a better life) and the candidates are carefully selected and kid gets a good life. Now, if only we could hear from the children's POV, how it felt to grow up that way..... but at the same time, i can c the concern, abt perfectly healthy couples just wanting to pay someone cz they cant go through the hassle of it themselves.
I dont think there would be any healthy women who wants children and does want to grow through the pregnancy process. However modern the civilisation is, women do have a fulfilling experience giving birth to your child.
