Outdoor weddings are beautiful! We had a tent at ours that was open on all sides, but i don’t see why you couldn’t eliminate it entirely. You can also get a clear tent which allows for protection from inclement weather but doesn’t block your view at all. But remember you can use the tent for a lot of decor like lights and lanterns and draping so don’t dismiss it whitely.
