Yeah my daughter loves using big words so one day I was all dressed to go somewhere in a suit and pumps, makeup and all..so she looks at me and says, mom you look “extinguished” 
when later I realized she had heard of “distinguished” and was trying to use it!
Then she told us one day that Mt. Rainier would “interupt” instead of “erupt.”
Well at least they try
