Why would you think we'd be raised with bodies? Even if we are why would you think having or not having a certain organ would hinder our functioning? Even if it did what's to stop Him from just growing us another liver or a kidney? I'm not trying to be humorous here. Doesn't the body dissolve into the earth over time when its buried? I may not be very religious or as well read as some others here, but that seems like a very earthly point of view.
