I don’t think it’s harmful.. people drink lemon water first thing in the morning as a routine. That’s citrus too

However, if after it drinking it you don’t feel well, don’t continue it. Everyone reacts differently

when people drink lemon water first thing in the morning, please keep in mind that its a very diluted form of lemon juice .. OJ is a very different story and most of the time, its not as diluted as lemon water .
